Dive Site: Turtle Reef
Location: 19°21.37N; 81°05.72W (Northern Grand Cayman)
Description: Reef / night dive
Depth: 20 metres (66 feet)
Visibility: 10 metres (30 feet)

Brilliant night dive location, great red colours of the coral and nighttime fishes. Numerous anemones and squirrelfish, also eels, octopus, squid and barracudas. At the end of the dive switching all torches off meant we could mess around disturbing the plankton, which become luminescent flashes.

Dive Site: Njao Gap (South)
Location: Pemba, Tanzania
Description: Reef / wall
Depth: 33 metres (108 feet)

This reef is located on the edge of a channel leading away from a lagoon to the sea. The floor of the channel is a maximum of about 40m deep and the reef slopes up quite steeply away to near the surface. At the base of the reef there is not much in the way of life but during the climb back up to the surface it increases with lots of clownfish in their host anemones, pufferfish, bannerfish, squids and clouds of anthias.
